training workshops
Case study approach
Most of our seminars are based on case studies of fictitious publications,
represented through industry average numbers. Delegates often use laptop PCs and
our Excel-based circulation modelling software to determine optimum
subscription development strategies for these case study publications.
After the seminars have finished, delegates repeat the steps back at their
own offices using our circulation modelling software with their own
figures. Case studies also allow delegates to discuss all the issues
raised in the seminars without reference to their own publications and
without risk of disclosing proprietary information.
Analytical and creative
work
Most of our seminars cover both analytical and creative aspects of
subscriptions. We use circulation modelling software to explore the analytical
parts and real-life quizzes to explore the creative parts. Delegates often work
