having trained over 2,000 staff in the last 20 years. Publishers
create their own customised training programmes by mixing and matching
content from our range of 17 standard courses.
We prepare for, and deliver,
in-house training courses as follows:
Step 1: Publishers make contact to describe their training need. We
confirm our interest in the project or, if the scope of training is
outside our area of expertise, we suggest an alternative training supplier
if we know it
Step 2: We talk to the publisher, learn about their present
situation, understand the outcome they desire, and we ask questions. This
meeting is not normally charged for unless significant travel expenses are
involved
Step 3: We prepare a quotation which specifies the content and
style of training to be provided, the room and equipment required, and the
costs involved. We normally quote a fixed training fee based on the number
of delegates attending, plus travelling and hotel expenses as incurred

Step 4: The training
programme is normally carried out four to eight weeks after our quotation
has been accepted - and this because of our existing commitments on other
projects
Step 5: The success of the training
programme is measured by delegate feedback through the evaluation forms
