Create the circulation development strategy and calculate,
through circulation modelling techniques, the marketing promotion
budget needed to optimise the circulation volumes, subscription

Description
A publisher’s in-house bespoke fulfilment system was designed for
controlled circulation but unable to handle the growing file of paid
subscriptions.
Assignment Objective
Create a specification for upgrading the fulfilment system to
support paid subscriptions, and this required additional software
functionality in accounting, renewals and source coding. Supervise the
publisher’s IT staff during the software development and testing
